Standards for Acceptance

One Challenge desires to recognize all those whom the Lord is leading toward cross-cultural ministry. At the same time we wish to maintain appropriate standards for spiritual, education, health and personal qualifications. The following is a list of general qualifications in four key areas, standards for acceptance. In the case of married couples, it is important to know that the preparedness of each person is considered as well as the couple together. Both must meet the qualifications to be accepted.

  • Aspire to exhibit character qualities consistent with those of elders and deacons (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus1:5-9)
