In Person Again – CORE Training

For two weeks in June, our newest mission workers finished their One Challenge CORE training. Prior to being in-person in the Colorado mountains, this group gathered once a week ONLINE for eight weeks beginning the training process. What a JOY to finally meet face-to-face! A perfect way to cap off their introduction to OC.

They experienced creative learning through dialogue education, sharing their life stories, playing games, doing the high-ropes course, sitting around the campfire, and more. All the moments at CORE are about building into OC workers and representing OC’s guiding principles of learning, community, character, and collaboration.

This group of mission workers is headed all over the world to do ministry like MK education, sports ministry, medical ministry, counseling, coaching, Lifeworkx, and much more.
