One Challenge is a global organization, not one-dimensional or made up of one nationality. We’re working together to share the good news of Jesus Christ. In Latin America, One Challenge is called Sepal. They work with churches within Latin America, but also send workers all over the world… soon even to the U.S.!
One Challenge has goals to expand its new resident teams as well as form new teams within already existing resident fields … this places OC Global Alliance teams in 44 resident fields. Praise God! He is building His church. Sepal works across Latin America in ministries such as leadership development, pastoring of pastors, short-term teams, sports ministry, research, and more. Sepal/OC has mobilization centers in Guatemala, Colombia, and Brazil as well teams in Spain, Italy, Portugal, to name a few!

So Why the U.S.?
Sepal/OC’s Latin America Area Office is beginning a new wave of missions, sending workers to the United States. Did you know that almost twenty percent of the U.S. population is of Latin American decent? With thousands of Spanish-speaking churches in the U.S., the potential to mobilize these churches is great.
Doing ministry in the U.S. has many challenges. Building a network of churches takes time and research, a lot of research that is yet to be done. Pray the Lord will bring ministry partners to the Sepal team.
This team building is Spirit-driven and God-centered. All the team members have faith that the Lord will provide the right team and direction for the ministry.
Will You Pray for this Project?
- Pray for the right people to come alongside the Sepal and One Challenge workers.
- Pray for financial support, as ministry in the U.S. can be challenging financially.
Missions Mobilization
One Challenge is an international mission sending agency empowering local church ministry in more than 100 countries around the world. We seek to empower the whole body of Christ to bring a transforming love and hope to all people. When invited by local leaders, OC facilitates local bodies of believers to identify, train, and send global workers toward realizing a “from everywhere to everywhere” vision.
