The OC Global Alliance wants to see partnerships develop that enhance kingdom efforts to plant churches – to see worshipping and witnessing communities of faith where there is currently only spiritual darkness. The Alliance highly values catalytic kingdom efforts that bring a synergy to ministry that moves the church into unreached areas.
Two mobilization centers in the Alliance, Philippines and Singapore, entered into partnership with the gospel movement Mission Kampuchea 2021 (MK2021) for this very purpose. These OC GA mobilization centers will assist MK2021 with their vision to see 11,000 churches planted in the unreached villages of Cambodia.

Philippine Challenge mission worker Dan Parilla and his wife Jean are making plans to move to Cambodia to come alongside MK2021 Coordinator, David Lon, to help David facilitate this movement’s vision. “Dan brings with him not only church planting experience and a whole nation vision for church planting but also the spirit and ethos of the OC GA in his willingness to spend and be sent for the advancement of the church in Asia,” says Dave Walker, OC Resources (Singapore) Director.
Philippine Challenge has championed whole-nation church planting initiatives since its inception 60 years ago. “We believe that the things God has taught PC in the past 60 years of ministry can be a tremendous blessing to the growth of the church in Cambodia,” says Rich Henderson, PC field director.
The Singapore and Philippine mobilization centers are excited about coming alongside MK2021, helping to fulfill its ministry goals. They hope the partnership will lead to further ministry opportunities in Cambodia.

Prayer
- Pray that the Parilla’s are able to raise their needed support quickly so that they can go and assist as soon as possible.
- Pray for clear communications with the MK 2021 organizing committee and Philippine Challenge; that they would be able to clearly communicate to one another their calling and how to best implement the growth in the church throughout Cambodia.
- Pray for Dan and David L. as they begin to work together, that they would grow more and more in a spirit of love and ministry collaboration with all discernment and strength.
